Pilates for Beginners course
A 5 week course, to learn the basics of Pilates.
Foundation level mat exercises are covered, as well as the use of breath, timing and body awareness to enhance your training.

Group Training
Regular weekly classes for those who have some Pilates experience.
Small classes with a maximum of 6 participants, so that you still get some personalised attention in your workout.
Choose from a classic mat workout or a more intensive HIIT-style training.
Solo & Duo training (1:1 & 2:1) & Semi-private training
Want some personalised training on the Pilates equipment to focus on your goals? Then the Solo and Duo training options are for you!
Choose to train on your own or with a friend, at a time that suits you.
Or, join the semi-private trainings. With no more than 3 other participants, it’s personal training with a group vibe!
