CLASS OPTIONS:

Mat training

The mat is a great place to start your Pilates journey, as you can learn the fundamentals of Pilates (the movements, rhythm, breath, awareness, body set-up etc…) before moving onto more complicated workouts.

Small classes with a maximum of 6 participants, so that you still get some personalised attention in your workout.

Beginner courses and all level classes are available!

Pilates am Reformer

Currently the biggest trend in the Pilates industry!
Although not designed to be used in isolation, the Reformer is the most versatile of all the Pilates equipment - making it’s recent popularity no surprise.
This course offers reformer training in a group setting, working on body-awareness, movement efficiency and core strength.

Beginner courses & all level classes available, max. 4 participants. Limited spaces available.

Equipment training

Pilates offers many different types of equipment to train on.
This course uses the Reformer, Tower, Wunda chair and Step barrel in a small group setting to give you a personalised full-body workout. Group training with a personal touch!

6 week courses, max. 4 participants.
Limited spaces available.

Private training

Want some personalised training to focus on your goals?

Then the Solo (1:1) and Duo (2:1) Training options are for you! Choose to train on your own or with a friend.
